This product comes with a 12-month standard warranty from the date of dispatch, covering manufacturing defects only. The warranty ensures reliable performance when the product is installed, operated, and maintained according to the recommended guidelines. Any defects arising from material or workmanship issues during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Electrical surges, external impact, and environmental damage are also excluded from warranty coverage. To raise a warranty claim, customers must provide the purchase invoice and product serial number for verification. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.

Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied at the time of delivery. Customers must notify our support team within 7 days of receiving the product with clear photos or videos as evidence.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and labels. Products that show signs of use, installation, or modification are not eligible for return.
Customized, made-to-order, or special-order products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Once the return request is approved, our team will provide instructions for return pickup or shipping.
After inspection and approval, eligible returns will be processed as a replacement or credit note, as applicable.
