The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Electrical surges, external impact, and environmental damage are also excluded from warranty coverage. To raise a warranty claim, customers must provide the purchase invoice and product serial number for verification. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.
